Switching from paintbrush to sewing machine

Thread Painting is also known as Free Motion Embroidery. It is done on a sewing machine, with fabric in an embroidery hoop. I draw the images with thread, switching threads to get the colours. The thread is a substitute for paint. I find this is such a fun thing to do.
